Mr. Kennedy creates prints, posters and postcards from handset wood and metal type, oil-based inks, and eco-friendly chipboard. Much of his work is inspired by proverbs, sayings, and quotes that are significant to the place he is working. His works can be found in countless handmade shops and select posters have been acquired by museums across the country.   In 2012, he was featured in the American Craft Council magazine.  The subject of a full-length documentary “Proceed and Be Bold!” Mr. Kennedy was honored as a United States Artists Glasgow Fellow in 2015.
