Decorative teapot, inspired by a deep sea inhabitant, the Anglerfish, which lures its lunch with a dangling light. It is composed of machine-stitched silver metallic threads, cotton threads for the patterns and eyes, and yellow glow-in-the-dark thread hidden in the yellow cotton for a surprise in the dark (inset image). The lid is connected at one end so it flips up. Blue aluminum wire helps keep the lure in place. Free-standing and hollow.
