Intern with JRACraft

The James Renwick Alliance for Craft Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to assist in the operations of one of the nation’s leading nonprofit for advancing contemporary American craft art as we plan Spring Craft Weekend, a weekend recognizing achievements in American Craft. Through a combination of learning experiences, work projects, and collaborations, interns become integral members of our team. Interns are expected to participate in daily activities, contribute skills and ideas, and produce excellent work.  For questions regarding our internship program, email admin@jra.org

Why Intern with the James Renwick Alliance for Craft?
“As a JRA intern I was able to cultivate nonprofit management skills in a friendly, supportive working environment. The Alliance Director ensured I got hands on training and gave me the freedom and authority to use what I was learning in the field. I think above all else, the connections I made with the Alliance staff and it’s members made this experience invaluable. After this internship I feel more prepared to enter the workforce and confident in my ability to add value to any work environment. I highly encourage any undergrad looking for hands on experience in the nonprofit world to apply for this internship.”  - Bridget Galvin, 2019 Intern

UPCOMING FALL INTERNSHIP WILL BE POSTED IN JULY
